Meet the Attorney

Shirley W. Ovletrea received her Juris Doctorate and LLM (tax law) from the University of Florida and has 20 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, Missouri, and Kansas and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Ovletrea is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and the Brevard Bar Association. She is past Co-Chair, Bankruptcy Committee, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis; She was honored as 2003 Attorney of the Year for her volunteer work at Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc.
